Welcome to the Sinn Lab!
The unifying goal of the Sinn Lab is to explore mechanisms of viral entry in the lungs for disease prevention or gene therapy applications. Currently, research in the lab centers around four areas:
1) Gene therapy for cystic fibrosis (CF) using integrating vectors
2) Engineering novel gene delivery tools
3) Measles virus (MV) entry and spread in airway cells
4) University of Iowa Viral Vector Core
We invite you to visit our research page to learn more about each focus.
